What powers the AI answers?

Your own content. You upload documents or point PepoChat at your website; the agent retrieves from that private knowledge base and answers only with what it finds — with a human handoff when it can't.

How does appointment booking work?

Connect your scheduling calendar with an API key, choose which meeting types the agent may offer, and it books real slots — timezone-aware, with confirmations and meeting links handled by your calendar.

Can the agent take actions, like checking an order?

Yes. Custom actions let the agent call any HTTPS API you configure — it collects the inputs from the customer, makes the call, and answers with the result.
