Agencies and consultancies
One isolated workspace per client, switched from one sidebar
PepoChat gives each client its own workspace: a separate knowledge base, widget branding, greeting, suggested questions, integrations, inbox and billing. You and your team belong to all of them and switch from the sidebar, while nothing from one client's content can reach another client's agent.
It fits agencies and consultancies that build and run support chat for several clients, often on WordPress, and that want a setup they can repeat in an afternoon rather than a platform they have to build around.
Every feature on the free plan · no credit card
Rendered from the widget's own markup with sample data; the conversations are the ones the agent is built for.
How it works
How an agency sets up a client
- 1
Create a workspace for the client
Use Create organization in the workspace switcher. Each workspace starts with its own knowledge base, conversations and team. An account can own one workspace on the Free plan; upgrade that one before creating the next.
- 2
Load the client's content
Import their site by sitemap or crawl (one source, up to 200 pages), upload brochures and policies, or connect their Notion or Google Drive. Help Center articles you write for them are mirrored into the knowledge base automatically.
- 3
Brand the widget for the client
Set the brand color, logo, welcome headline, assistant name, greeting and three suggested questions in Widget Customization. The live preview updates as you type, and the Test the agent drawer lets you try the result without spending replies.
- 4
Install it on their site
On WordPress, install the PepoCloud AI Support Agent plugin and paste the client's Organization ID. Elsewhere, paste the script tag in the builder's site-wide code slot. Add the client's domains under Allowed domains.
- 5
Invite the client's team
Invite their staff as members or admins so they can reply from the inbox and receive escalation emails. Seats are per workspace: 1 on Free, 3 on Starter, 10 on Growth, extra seats $15 a month each.
- 6
Join the affiliate program
If the client pays for their own subscription through your referral link, the affiliate program pays 30% of every payment for as long as they stay subscribed, with a 30-day cookie and monthly PayPal payouts from $50.

Billing is per workspace, in US dollars; yearly plans cost ten months' price. Every feature except emailing the team about new leads is on the Free plan.
Isolation that goes both ways
Each workspace's knowledge base, conversations, contacts, credentials and settings are stored in separate namespaces. A visitor's session can read only its own conversations inside the workspace it was created in, and the agent for one client can never retrieve a passage from another client's content. Integration keys are encrypted with AES-256-GCM and never shown again in the dashboard.
That isolation is why a shared document has to be added to each workspace that needs it: nothing is pooled between clients. It also means a client who leaves takes nothing with them by accident, and that an allowed-domains list ties each widget to that client's sites alone.
You and your colleagues can belong to every workspace at once. The switcher at the top of the sidebar changes client, and links in assignment emails switch for you automatically when you belong to that workspace.
Branding and voice per client
Everything a visitor sees in the chat window is set per workspace: brand color, logo, welcome headline and subline, assistant name, greeting, suggested questions and an optional privacy policy link. The widget's own labels follow the visitor's browser in English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian or Dutch, or a language you fix, and the agent replies in whatever language the visitor writes in.
Agent instructions give each client their own voice and their own refusals: 'Sign off as the Acme team' in one workspace, 'Do not give legal advice' in another. Facts still come only from that workspace's content, whatever the instructions say.
On Growth, the 'Powered by PepoChat' line is removed from that workspace's widget. Starter and Free keep it.
WordPress, builders and the inbox
On WordPress there is no theme code to edit. The official plugin takes the Organization ID, lets you choose the corner, hide the widget for logged-in users or on paths such as /checkout, and clears the common page caches when you save. Pair it with WooCommerce for live order status on a client's store.
Webflow, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, Framer, Ghost and most other builders take the same script tag in their site-wide code slot; the docs list where that slot is on each. A builder with no custom code at all can link a button to the hosted chat page instead.
Clients who want to answer their own escalations get seats in their workspace and the escalation emails; clients who want you to handle it simply do not. Data retention, roles and CSV exports are set per workspace by its owners and admins.
What it does not do for an agency
- Billing is per workspace. There is no agency invoice that rolls several clients into one bill, and no agency-level dashboard across workspaces.
- Each account can own one workspace on the Free plan. To create a second workspace, upgrade the Free one first.
- Knowledge is not shared between workspaces. A document two clients need is added to each workspace separately.
- The 'Powered by PepoChat' line is removed only on Growth, and only in that workspace; there is no agency-wide white label.
- Analytics shows satisfaction votes and topics per workspace, with no conversation volume or resolution charts, and no client-facing report outside the dashboard.
- There is no self-service 'leave workspace' action; an owner or admin removes a member.
Agencies and consultancies: questions teams ask
- Can one client's agent ever see another client's content?
- No. Each workspace's knowledge base, conversations, contacts and credentials live in separate namespaces, and a visitor session can only read conversations inside the workspace it was created in.
- How do we switch between clients?
- From the switcher at the top of the sidebar. A person can belong to several workspaces, and Create organization in the same menu starts a new one. Assignment emails open the right workspace for you.
- Who pays, the agency or the client?
- Either, but per workspace: each workspace has its own plan under its own Plans & Billing. If the client subscribes through your affiliate link, you earn 30% of every payment for the life of the subscription.
- Can we white-label the widget?
- Partly. Brand color, logo, assistant name and all the text are the client's. The 'Powered by PepoChat' line is removed on the Growth plan for that workspace, and shown on Free and Starter.
- Does the WordPress plugin need a developer?
- No. Install PepoCloud AI Support Agent from the plugin directory, paste the Organization ID under Settings, pick the corner and save. Colors, greeting and suggestions come from the dashboard, so a change there is live on the site immediately.
- How long does a client setup take?
- The quickstart in the docs goes from a new account to a working widget in about ten minutes: import the site, set the greeting and suggestions, test in the drawer, install. Integrations take a few minutes each.
- Can the client's own staff reply to conversations?
- Yes. Invite them as members or admins of their workspace; they see the inbox live, get the escalation emails and reply under their own name. Seats are 1 on Free, 3 on Starter and 10 on Growth, with extra seats at $15 a month.
