- How much can I earn?
- 30% of every payment a referred customer makes, for as long as they stay subscribed. A Starter customer ($49 a month) earns you $14.70 a month; a Growth customer ($149 a month) $44.70. There's no cap on how many customers you refer.
- How long do commissions last?
- For the lifetime of the customer. You keep earning on every renewal and on upgrades, not just the first payment.
- How are referrals tracked?
- Your link sets a 30-day cookie on pepochat.com. If the visitor creates an account and subscribes within that window — on the website or directly in the app — the sale is credited to you. If several affiliates referred the same person, the last click wins.
- When and how do I get paid?
- Commissions become payable 30 days after the customer's payment (the refund window). Approved commissions are paid out monthly by PayPal, in USD, once your balance reaches $50.
- Do I need to be a PepoChat customer?
- No. Anyone can join, though affiliates who use the product tend to write the most convincing recommendations — the Free plan includes every feature if you want to try it first.
- Can I refer clients I set PepoChat up for?
- Yes. Agencies and freelancers can sign clients up through their referral link and earn on those subscriptions. Referring your own workspace isn't allowed.
- Where do I see my clicks, sign-ups and earnings?
- In your affiliate dashboard on our partner portal: clicks, sign-ups, conversions, commission status and payouts all update there.
- Do my referrals get a discount?
- Not at the moment — PepoChat's Free plan already lets anyone try every feature before paying, so there's nothing to redeem. If we add an affiliate coupon later, it will show up in your dashboard.
