How this tool works
The snippets are the ones the dashboard generates on its Widget Setup page, documented in Install the widget. The loader reads data-organization-id, data-position and data-preload from its own script tag, draws the launcher, and loads the chat in an isolated frame.
Google Tag Manager strips data attributes from Custom HTML tags, which is why the GTM variant sets them in code; the step-by-step is in installing a chat widget with Google Tag Manager. Nothing you type here leaves the page.
